Jules Jordan not only directs and produces but also stars in alot of his own movies, much like my review last week of Evil Angel i will highlight why this is such a good company, not only does it mainly focus on Gonzo Pornography which was brought to the main stage with John Sagliano (Evil Angel).
His career (yes Jules Jordan is a male) started when he moved from Pennyslvania to Philidelphia in 1996. He started talking to girls that would come into his work as when he was a cashier at an adult shop called Excitement Video (Don’t get any ideas you guys) and would recruit them into amateur sex scenes that he would direct and produce.
At the time of filming his own amateur films he credited Evil Angel as his “favourite studio” at that time, which is a nod obviously that he’s kept going due to the fact he uses the same style of camera work.
He managed to meet Frank Kay who owns IVD who was the largest distributor of adult material in the entire world and who owned the company Pleasure Productions where he worked for over 2 years which led to him filming high end stars who have international notoriety, his first full length film he released was titled “Live Bait” while working for Pleasure Productions.
He then Joined with Evil Angel and released three videos which would all go on to win AVN awards these titles include Ass worship, Flesh Hunter and Feeding Frenzy, Jordan decided to go solo at 2006 and had left Evil Angel as their top selling director, and started his own Jules Jordan themed company, his most notable actor that he has signed is Jesse Jane who makes 8 movies per year under their contract but he also has other top stars (some of my favourites) Such as Riley Reid(who is becoming HUGEEEEE), Alexis Texas and Katrina Jade who is married to my friend Nigel, which is a spin out.
He also owns a company called Ass Factory which he launched in 2010. He has won over two dozen AVN awards in the past 15 years which has solidified his role in the adult industry and made Jules Jordan as recognizable as digital playground and even Evil Angel
It seems only up from here for Jules Jordan and good on him, i’m jealous.
